Mobiles.c0.uk are a bit of a mess at the minute. Not acknowledging online submitted claims and later than normal with payments (normally pretty quick). Also rejecting claims for wrong reason ................. but correcting and apologising!!
The claim they are considering BACS payments, possibly due to issus since they "farmed out" caskback claims abroad (Portugal??).
They also claim that June claims are being delayed because of massive pre-Xmas contracts.

Good grief - they aren't using the Portugal excuse again surely? If so it's a CPW recycle from about 5 years ago! As for the BACS payments; "Ben" was muting those two years ago; so much for all their positive efforts to improve!

Having had three claims in a row which were wrong for various contracts three or four months ago I could agree, but strangely enough I haven't had any issues on several recent claims. But, then, this is CPW!

Probably from the refurbished section - returned by a customer who didn't want it but deemed to be in good enough condition to be re-issued .
