Let's be "cautiously optimistic" . It's a new year, a new rep (I draw that conclusion from the fact that he/she didn't know about personal messages being banned) .
I wouldn't hold out much hope ...they have logged in loads of times but not bothered to post for over 6 months till now.
This was just the usual PR spin post thats done every now and again to placate rather than get to the bottom of any problems
It would seem if it is a new rep this ones as ignorant and clueless as the rest of them .....Ignoring posts, unaware how the forum operates, asking members to post order numbers on public forums,
no introduction although it seems this ones called "facebook" :rotfl:
I guess the pinball machine or telly must be broke at mobiles office to give rise to this sudden burst of activityIt's not just about the money0 -
Claim time again.
Sent off claim yesterday and showing as delivered today at the ................... Watford address. I'm still using that address.
Hopefully another cheque within 14 days again.

Little hiccup, but quickly sorted. I won't go into full details, but if you are sending bills by post I would advise you add a little note telling them what has been sent and please staple pages together and let them know you have done so - could clear any confusion...................on their side of things.
Anyway claim approved, apology accepted and cheque being processed..............hope it's for the correct amount (another issue). lol

Good to hear Lynsey - I have my claim pending currently. Since Royal Mail appears to be a sister company of mobiles (at least in the sense of failure to meet contractual obligations - the latter not paying half the VAT increase (as previously discussed)) I have taken a punt on the web claim route; let’s see how we get on (no news yet…..).
Having walked blindly into this arrangement (completely my fault) I have no wish to repeat the process even if mobiles.co.uk send flowers with the final cheque. It cannot be right that you have to contemplate legal action to get what you should be entitled to (thanks to the contributors on here my documentation is bomb proof). Since only a few pounds are at stake, the vast bulk of those affected will shrug their shoulders and be thankful they got any cheque at all. Human nature - still wrong – but it is what it is.
Just a thought - if the unpaid claims could be legally transferred to MJ (at a discount of course!) I am sure appropriate action will be taken (then I will send the flowers).
cheers

Hmmm.... interesting idea! In fact, I actually order for several people (quite a few from here) and then make sure they don't miss a step. In return I get the TCB money - but no flowers! Although I don't mind forcing a dealer I generally manage to ensure that people have a fairly smooth ride with the reassurance that they will get a clear, helping hand should anything go wrong.
I also agree about their sister company - obviously run by the same outfit it would seem, judging by their attitude to customers.
You've had NO response since sending it on-line; that's highly unusual. I submitted one recently and had all three (may have been four!) emails by the next morning; but, then, they may have flagged me to avoid those flowers....!0 -
News just in............... I am acknowledged and now 'booked'. Like going to the doctor (or dentist) but not half as much fun eh?
Keep up the good work mobiles (and I'll keep taking the painkillers).0 -
Emails myself also, one claim approved and one claim paid.
Not said how much has been paid..............but hope they don't pay twice.
Normally they are quite good once processed, so could even get the cheque before the Easter hols. :j

Morning team,
I am now officially 'paid' and once the cheque is received (and clears) can relax for another three months.
Oh how I miss this tomfoolery......... Thankfully, the weeks in between claims seem to fly by so it won't be long before I get to do it all over again.
Cheers all and enjoy the week0 -
You should take out mutliple contracts like me; then you can play the game several times every month. Much more fun!0
