    You must love being disappointed!

I used to have a mobile contract with three... disappointment comes naturally to me. :rotfl:

Update 4 - 4th claim submitted on Sunday after bill produced on Saturday, submitted to Mobiles.co.uk using their online submission, instant acknowledgement on screen (screen print taken just to be safe!) and email confirmation. Yesterday, received email confirmation it has been received by the cashback team. Today, emails to confirm processed and cheque issued.

Despite my initial reservations last year, following a breakdown in their process, they seem to be quite efficient and have used again (mug punter ...!).

4th cheque received less than 2 weeks since claiming - mission accomplished, now onto monitoring the next contract - hopefully that will go as smoothly!

hi i submitted my 2nd claim via the mibles.co.uk web form on the 8th of this month. got instant confirmation that it had been received.

then the next day got 2nd email to say the cashback claim had been received and successfully booked in.

Have had no more emails yet and am wandering should i also sent a hardcopy to them to cover myself or should it be ok as I have had emails saying bill has been received?

    thanks in advance

It is enough now that they say it has been received so no point in sending another one ...the only reason to send a hard copy recorded is to ensure you can prove they have recd it ....as they are saying they have there is no need to back it up
It's not just about the money

You should have received an email saying it's been approved and paid (even though their definition of paid is that it isn't but will be within the next 4 weeks). I would send an email asking for confirmation that it has been approved and will be paid within the timescale laid down in the t&c. You also need to be able to prove WHAT you sent; given that you can't do that using their on-line claim system I wouldn't wait around for confirmation of claim acceptance. No need to start sending letters - providing thei respond to your email within the next few days.

    thanks mobilejunkie.

ive sent an email asking them to confirm its been approved and cheque sent now.

however it does state in their terms and conditions that it can take them 10 days to process the claim and so far its only been 8 since i sent it.

Ill wait for email confirming and if i do not get it in the next few says i will send a hard copy to them via special del.

I made the claim on the 8th which is the day i got the latest bill so ive got the entire 60 days to get it sorted but i know how things can go wrong and so i find it best to claim asap to avoid trouble.

You don't gain anything by sending a copy via special delivery instead of simple recorded signed for mail.
