    Hi Roxy86,

Can you DM us your order number and we'll get customer services to confirm everything for you via e-mail today.

    Thanks :)

Welcome back. We missed you. Is this a fleeting visit or will you be monitoring and responding (as appropriate of course) regularly?

You don't gain anything by sending a copy via special delivery instead of simple recorded signed for mail.

yeah i know but often signed for doesnt get signed for whereas special del is tracked.

stupid really has you pay extra for your mail to get signed for only to find that half the time it doesnt track on the computer and so you cant prove it.

You haven't had PM available on here for over 12 months now ;)

I don't think it would be wise for Roxy to post her order number in public either
