• 1) Email - and no.

2) Anything from 1 to 7 days. Try am email "threat after 7 and then take further action as they desire!

3) Simple covering letter with claim month/number and contract number.

4) No harm in trying; I prefer to let them know what will happen if any "problems" continue beyond their first attempt at creating one.

As for the last part; make sure you've followed all the groundrules and continue to do so and you should be ok - ignore them at your peril.

I was beginning to think I had made a mistake choosing this dealer after first claim in July didn't go to plan with the online submission as I hadn't received anything after 7 days. I thought I had been selected for the "special treatment" having read some of the horror stories on here. However, I notified the company rep who had posted her details on here and at start of business on the next working day I received a reply, it had been processed, approved and cheque dispatched, with cheque received the following week. I also received a detailed apology.

Second claim submitted online earlier this week, acknowledged and sent to cashback team early next day, confirmation email received that my claim has been approved and cheque sent.

Will update when cheque arrives, but the online form submission problem may have been resolved (or at least improved).

Update as promised, notification email "Claim Paid" a week after claim approved and sent for cheque issue, cheque received at the end of last week 7 days later.

That is the second cheque received successfully, two more to go but as cautious as ever.

1) So you just attach an electronic copy (.pdf) of the relevant month phone bill to a plain email to cashback@mobiles.co.uk ?

No look on the cashback page, send an email with the information they say you must include with your bill.

Yes - quoting the relevant mobile number and claim month. I would add that something which occurred with one of my people today means that may change slightly, but it won't be a problem.
• As per previous posting, claim submitted on 20th October, Approved & Paid 26th and cheque arrived today. 1 of 3 complete hopefully the rest will be as easy.

Update 3 - 3rd claim submitted using the online submission form, instant acknowledgement that bill was received, hours later into working day and bill accepted by cashback team, claim processed and cheque now issued (up to 28 days for delivery).
