I emailed my claims for the entire contract period of my last deal with them and each and everyone was received with an acknowledgement quickly following. It has been over 6 months since I left them due to their late payments so I don't know if they are accepting emails now but as emailing is so quick I think it is defitely worth trying right at the beginning of your cashback claim period since you can try a couple of times if you don't hear back from them. If the emails are unsuccessful then you can always post them.0

My cashbacks were nearly a year late,so I went on the online chat and enquired about them last Friday.
On Monday I got emails saying the payments had been made to my bank and on checking today I have received all outstanding amounts0 -

Part B
Part B claim received on: 14/04/2007
You should expect to receive payment in the form of: Mobileshop Cashback around 60 days after we received your claim.
After massive complaining via online chat I got the first 2 on the 21st January 2008. Just a touch late then. I wonder when I'll get the others0 -

Yup....they said they would pay the first two, then offered vouchers for the others or for me to wait. I'll hassle them this month because my contract will be running out.0

Is there any e-mail address for cash back claims, I sent my invoice to cashback@mobileshop.com, 3 days passed ...no update in cash back tracking yet ..0

I am not actually sure they accept claims by e-mail ..
They do even though its not in the t&c.
Out of the numerous claims I've made via email they failed to respond only once and after resending they confirmed the claim.
So just resend the email with a note stating you have not had a response to the previous one.0
