Keep it simple, contact via live support first, then if necessary LBA giving 7/10 days to pay, then MCO if needed. I would be very surprised if it got to the latter.

I've been getting all my cashbacks ever since I took them to small claims. They pay me within the 60 day deadline without any fuss.0

For those who still have bills to send in; instead off posting, scan them and send via email to cashback@mobileshop.com. It saves the hassle and expense of recorded delivery.
does this work, has anyone received their cashback this way?
Do you only send in the front page of the bill this way or more?0 -

I send the first couple of pages and leave out the itemised billing section containing all the dialled phone numbers.
I have been doing this for myself and family since at least April last year and never had a problem except once I had to email a second time as I did not receive confirmation. This method has no baring on when you'll receive your cashback, you'll still need to fight for that via threatening to sue etc.0 -

Thanks for that, the twonks at orange decided to cut me off last week for no reason but managed to get reconnected same day, cue my bill being massively weird to work out (I in theory have two bills on one) so didnt want to send the whole lot, will try this method and hope it works

If you e-mail in your claims you will be breaking the cashback contract ts + cs which says:We accept claims by the following methods only:
Post - MobileShop Cash Back Claims Dept, Millennium House, Fox Covert Lane, Misterton, Doncaster, DN10 4ER.
Fax - 09069592033. Calls charged at 75p per minute. Please ask bill payer for permission
So is it worth the £1 postage saved to risk them deciding to reject the claim because it broke the rules?
Saying you read it worked for others on an internet forum would be no argument!0 -

well I emailed it in and they have emailed back saying it will be accepted0 -
Thats fine.
If you read the experience of others with cashback claims going wrong you will see that many other companies (eg e2save - previously considered above such games) have delighted in denying cashback should there be any infringement of the conditions (eg posted to the company but via the wrong address).
So who knows who will take over the cashback dept at mobileshop at some time and implement the conditions to the letter?
Is it worth risking £100s for the sake of saving the postage?0 -

its my last cashback and its for £80, I cant get to the post office at the moment as Im off sick so for me its the only choice at the moment, its a risk Im prepared to take as Ive had to fight mobileshop for my other cashbacks anyway.
Im not prepared to fight anymore for cashback so have gone for a new deal without for my next contract0
