My next voucher has been paid as promised - I have been told on human click they have a backlog due to the system problem and manual handling of claims.

I didnt have to threaten them I made a phone call when last one was overdue and spoke to them.

What is the point of sending them a standard copy and paste email when I had complained about them doing that to me:confused:

I believe they will pay as they have done with me:D
    Back and on a mission:cool:

My Wife is still waiting cash for claim No 2 recieved by M S on 05/03/2007.
To-day she received her Argos voucher for claim No 3 recieved by M S on 14/05/2007 :j No Begging Needed.
I am still waiting for my cash for claim No 2 recieved by M S on 26/02/2007.
This is the reply i got from last e-mail to them on 04/06/2007 this one threatening S C C

Your cash back voucher has been put into high priority and will be dealt with as soon as possible. It is taking longer than usual as all cash back vouchers are now currently being dealt with by hand.
Be good to the young on their way up you might need them on your way down.

    Hello
I have had all the same problems reclaiming my cashback. I have 2 outstanding from feb and april.
I had a very pleasant but concerned chat using their chat line last week and today I received an email sayiing both amounts were being processed.
Is it because I was nice to the lady and she said she would pass my worries to the cashback dept or was I due the refund anyway?
    Who knows?

well, mine's gonna to be paid this friday too. but the annoying thing is that i've just sent court threatening letter this morning!!!! well, i've done that through the e-mail last week but no satisfied reply....oh,well, nvm....at least i 'm getting paid! i think as long as you do something with them, they'll pay you, if you just lay back, they think you don't care and not bothered about the cash....so just go forward, and you'll get paid:)

Don't worry about that jadejie, they must get 100's.
When did you get your email stating payment would be paid on Friday??
Giving a deadline of say 7/10/14 days before commencing legal action seems to be the way forward. They are well aware they have broken the T&C's and would obviously lose in a court case as long as all on the customers side is in order.

Best of luck to all awaiting payments,

yeasterday....after i post the letter.....oh,well, at least i'm getting paid. it's their fault not paying me for such a long time! from 21/02/07....
anyway, good luck to other people who are still waiting for the payment.:)
  • I haven't been paid two cashbacks, one dating back to April. They told me they are having problems with their systems - a con I think! I wouldn't start another contract with them.

You have to play their little game mike to get your cashback.
Give them a deadline of say 2 weeks and tell them they are in breach of contract and you will sue them through the small claims court if not paid by your deadline date. You will seee a result.

    Best of luck,

You should expect to receive payment Around 60 days after this voucher was due to expire.

    Voucher C

You should expect to receive payment Around 60 days after this voucher was due to expire.

    Voucher D
Voucher D claim received on: 27/04/2007

A different tactic required maybe? I gave them a two week deadline to start with, which brought the standard reply about system failure/manual blah blah. Then I gave them another two weeks deadline after the first one had passed threatening to take it further using the money claim website. Still nothing and that was a few weeks back now.

Maybe I should just act on my threat. :)
