Then you're either very stupid, very naive, or a Mobileshop employee.

    One of those.
OK Chuckles. Lets be sure you are certainly rude. I am a very happy customer of Mobileshop - 9 refunds all paid on time (bar the 2 week issue). I am happy and neither stupid, naive or a Mobileshop employee.

    Not rude, just wide awake.

Read the posts on here (and in uk.telecom.mobile). Mobileshop aren't doing themselves any favours with their prevaricating.

I really, really hope I'm wrong about the direction they're heading and I mean that most sincerely (for those of you who are old enough to remember Hughie Green).

But I suspect I (along with the many, many others who are encountering problems with Mobileshop) will be proven to be right.

Hi, I need to get an O2 deal as it's the only signal I can get at home. Been looking for weeks and seen a good one today with the above company, which involves a number of cash back claims.

Anyone had any dealings with them and know how good they are for cashback, or point me to appropriate thread as couldn't find anything.

    Thanks

Am a bit apprehensive...Any tips to ensure I don't get ripped off and get my cashback each time? Can you cancel the insurance after three months

    Thanks in advance!

but are you still with them and had any cashback scheduled since july/august last year? That is when they started to string along their customers by changing their own t&cs when increasing the time for cashbacks to be paid out from 45 to 60 days and then even delaying on that.

Can someone please confirm the address I have to send my first bill to in order to get cashback. My contract began in Oct 2006.

    Thanks in advance
