Well for the last 3 late payments I've had from them they have always claimed bac problems(amongst other excuses) as being the problem and that they can only pay me by cheque. In all three cases the payments were eventually made via, yep you guessed it, Bac.

Happy to report mine was (only) approx. a fortnight late, but I was on to them straight away after the 60th day had elapsed. 2 x £90 was paid directly to my account via BACS.

My 1st payment was 3 weeks late but i never chased them, My 2nd payment is now just over 2 weeks late,I'll leave it a week or so before chasing them up over it.

Well the reason they changed it from 45 days to 60 days according to mobileshop is:

yeah, I mean anyone can say that

and they even told me on o2 contracts they pay via BACS, looking at some peoples responses on here clearly it isn't!.

They told me that they only process a payment run every Friday. It happens to me that the 60th day after they received my claim for my last 2 claims both fall on a Saturday so that it just missed a payment run and I have to wait another week! Is it a coincidence?

We got our first payments of £90 for our O2 contracts paid by BACS approx 1.5 months late today. In fairness to Mobileshop, they have been open with me about the delay and delivered when they said they would.

Mobileshop is now the worst company when it comes to cashback I would never ever go back to them.
They never ever pay cash back on time they always have delays of over 90 days and after 90 days they say they have problem with bacs!!!!

I got paid a week later after a Email to them, Yeah they take the 60 days which they tell you about and therefor expect plus a couple more weeks to pay but they pay.
So thats 2 out of 4 payments from them I've had now, a little late but I got them with out to much hassle.
