Yes but this has been going on now for over 7 months now. Whatever excuse they come out with should have been fixed ages ago. Even though I have had all my cashbacks paid I can't shake the feeling that something is badly wrong. If everything was hunky dory we would be getting our cashbacks paid on time(and not having to up the period from 45 to 60 days mid contract). How hard can it be? Mobileshop sort yourself out or tell us the truth.0

Yup...I've been trying to grab their datafeed this morning for my database. I find that my download script is hanging.
Their white-label site offering is called https://www.fonetasticmobile.com - However, it's entirely possible that this URL is simply mapped to a separate area on their main server. Thus it would be similarly affected by any network problems experienced by the main site.

My wife and I both took out contract phones through Mobileshop.com.
Initial cashback payments went through automatically as advertised. After that, since the unilateral change from 45 to 60 days, every payment has been conveniently "forgotten", waiting for the customer to notice they have been short-changed. The entitlement has been correctly registered on the Cashback Tracker (very good system) but Mobileshop simply ignore it, hoping you will forget to hold them to their promise.
We used to be able to sort the late payments out through the live help facility. It took a few weeks of contacts (and a lot of cutting and pasting of previous Live Help comms using note pad) to get them moving. It was handy being able to put the previous week's conversation and promises from "Claire" in front of this week's "Kylie".
Clearly this was too effective for the customer. Now they've even stopped this facility. When we've questioned our latest non-payment of cashback via Live Help, the operator insists that she can no longer access cashback information on the system and refers you to an email address. Unfortunately, Mobileshop are very proficient in ignoring emails...
...I think the skids are under this company judging by the way they have treated us over the last 8 months.“When I was a boy of fourteen, my father was so ignorant I could hardly stand to have the old man around.
But when I got to be twenty one, I was astonished at how much he had learned in seven years.”

I have to laugh reading their Feedback on Cashback page

Can anybody who has received any cashback from Mobileshop within the past few weeks, please post your experiences. Seems like they are only paying out to people who pursue their claims through official legal routes.
I posed as a prospective customer via their live chat facility and was told there are no problems with cashbacks "as far as they are aware" - yes right!0 -

Yes, I received a cashback claim about 2 weeks ago.
It was a couple of weeks late, but otherwise all ok.0 -

I have recommended Mobileshop to a number of people and chose them to run my online store. Of those I have recommended them to, all have received their cashback to date without having to take any legal action.
Multiple threads discrediting Mobileshop surface every 3 months or so many of which contain wild speculation and untrue (and potentially libellous) statements. See above for a perfect example.
In my opinion Mobileshop are leagues ahead of most of the smaller online dealers and I rate them above some of the more established outfits such as Dial-a-Phone and e2save.
I will be using Mobileshop for both mine and my partner's new contracts in May 2007.0 -

I received confirmation that I would be receiving 2 x £90 on this Friday's payment run, today.
It did not require going down any legal routes, only talking to a member of the cashback team. I did make enquiries about the lateness of the payment and this instigated the call back from the them.
