She has e-mailed them twice and got a reply next day both times,
Thank you for your patients blah blah.Don't know when cashback will be paid. Keep being patient.
Perhaps we should see who's got the oldest claim?

That's two cashbacks now overdue, the first by two and a half monthsToyota - 'Always a better way', avoid buying Toyota.0 -
I am waiting for my final cashback amount which I did receive confirmation of reciept of and was told to expect it within 60 days. It is now in excess of 80 days and I have chased them twice.
Latest email states:
We anticipate that our cashback payment systems will be operating normally
in the near future when your claim will be processed. At this time we can
not advise on payment dates.
I like the idea of the reply suggested by Llyllyll earlier but was thinking of adding the threat of Trading Standards.
Any thoughts if this threat would help or hinder my cause?
Cheers

The wording on yours Grahme_m is different to mine

Hi
This is all sounding a bit fishy! I sent my cashback by recorded delivery last week, just back form hol and checked with Royal Mail.....they have been unable to deliver the item yet!! Could it be that they are not taking new claims if they can't cope?
I rang the customer services number and...." we can't cope with the high demand so send an email" My claim finishes on the 15th of April so I could be shafted, any suggestions?0 -

My claim never showed on rm as being delivered, but it was shown as received on ms's cash back tracker, check there.Toyota - 'Always a better way', avoid buying Toyota.0 -
Thanks for the suggestion. It say's "Details of your fourth voucher will be shown here when the claim is updated", is that good or bad?0

I'm having the same problem as regarding Royal Mail. No tracking as yet and MS haven't confirmed as receiving despite contacting them. Royal Mail says wait 5 days and if they won't accept it then it will be returned to myself. Sound like they aren't accepting the letters which need signed for.
Also I have not received my due payment this month which is overdue. I personally will give them 7 more days and if I've heard nothing then I will have no other choice than to send them a letter giving another 7 days informing them that they are in breach of contract before issuing a claim through the small claims - they probably won't accept that as well.
I'm also thinking of faxing my claim off as proof, has anyone received confirmation this way????
Best of luck to all,

Bad - that's what it always says when a claim is yet to be registered.
(If you had to make 4 claims, and the first was going through the system, the remaining 3 would have the same message as you got)0
