    mines back too, emailed 3 different email addresses the other day when i read this thread whether they've looked at them or it was a technical issue i dont know but my £2.61 is back :)

  • Checked my account and there's money in there now. In fact I didn't realise how much I'd earned up to the glitch. Big thanks to Ciao for getting it sorted and putting our minds at rest.

    All back to normal with me. A payment claim made July 28th now shows as "initiated", and they've added payments for two more surveys.

    That still leaves payments outstanding on eight surveys I've completed - they are slow.
  • I found my ciao money - in my bank account! never asked for a payout but hey cant complain at having an extra £7 in my account. all very strange
    Millions long for immortality who don't know what to do with themselves on a rainy Sunday afternoon.
