i have just spoken to ciao and apparently the person who handles the account queries isnt in til Monday....(i think they mean Tuesday as its Bank hol!). I suppose i will have to try again then, although its hard to believe that only one person knows anything about it.... Patience!!Experience is the toughest teacher because she gives the test first then the lesson

sounds like a fob off to me. what is the number prolly need to speak to technical support
