thanks for letting us know! i've just received a bloody survey off them, so i filled it in, but it hasn't registered that i've done one :mad:

we'll have to wait til tuesday then! bet they come up with some bull to rip us off though!!

mmmm.Strange he/shes gone on holiday as all our accounts have been emptied...Do tou thinx they are holidaying in los vegas.....Another thing when they getback to work its going to be rather busy ,cos I bet everyone will be emptying their accounts{when the monies put back in} a.s.a.p.

On Ciao community board there is now a message:

Temporary account imbalances
Problem with Ciao accounts due to technical problems, some account balances have suddenly decreased to zero. We are currently dealing with this issue. All accounts will, of course, be recredited to the previous amount. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Does seem genuine, shame they didn't mass email all members to stop us all panicking though

Just been to the site again. There is a community announcement stating that there is a technical fault and that it will be rectified shortly. Fingers crossed!

When I checked my account before I was MINUS £24, and I did a money request 2 weeks ago.
Seriously, that site is b*ggered right now! lol

Ahhh, I'm glad I wasn't alone. Had emailed them a few times to different email addresses and got no reply. Lets hope it does get sorted.

Just seen that I have had a payment credited to my bank account from Ciao yesterday (25/8), I requested it on July the 5th....

I requested my money a few weeks ago. As I hadn't received anything i thought i'd send another request.

Logged on today and my account is also showing a negative balance saying that I owe them £12.33!

What's going on?

Should we keep emailing them or give up? or is it just a glitch?
