After reading this thread I logged on to my account and my balance has gone from £69 to £0 :mad:
I hope this is just a website error.

I've just completed a whole set of surveys for them, £20+ odd!! ARGH..I hope it's a technical glitch. I've been paid from them before a few times.

Same here. I also have emaied them earlier this week about money that was requested at the beginning of July, and still no response. Never had a problem before. Hope that it is just a glitch.

same here, although did get a £1.35 survey invite today, suggests something is going on inthe background at least....

I'm in the same boat - balance reset to zero and all history gone. At least I have a record of all the completed surveys they still hadn't credited me for!

i had ordered my balance of £15 and it was normally paid into bank by now but i thought it funny its late,now no trace of it or money earned since

Zero balance for me too but they did have the cheek to send me a survey invite!

Do you think it is still safe to have payments direct into your bank?

Account at zero, I don't check my account all that regularly so no idea how much was in there - have never had any paid out, think I've been a member for about 7 mths.

They also sent me a survey.

Hope this gets sorted out ASAP.
