Good point poppycat - we dont want to have to wait any longer than necessary ! When i spoke to them they said the person who dealt with this was away til next week, maybe thats why it seems like nothings happening. AND, there's no new notices on the community board, other than the original (below) so all is not lost (yet!)

Temporary account imbalances
Problem with Ciao accounts due to technical problems, some account balances have suddenly decreased to zero. We are currently dealing with this issue. All accounts will, of course, be recredited to the previous amount. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Just seen this thread, my account also seems to have dropped to zero. Not sure how much was in there (less than £5 though) but I still want it back! Will await developments next week.

Logged in today and my money is back. I, ofcourse quickly transferred it to my bank account, lol.

Hi Guys, have just logged into Ciao, the money is back! Hope everyone else has the right amounts. Also the money I requested in june has now been initiated which is even better.
