Same thing has happened to me! Don't know if I'm glad its affected everyone or not... (how will they ever rectify so many different accounts and balances???) I emailed them this morning about it, and had a reply from a lady called anita saying sorry for the inconveniance and she's forwarded my email to the technical department.

Grrr....ditto here. My £20-something has gone too
Keep our fingers crossed, and lets hope we all get it back !!!
By the way - when you request the money, do you HAVE top enter your bank details ? Or can you get a cheque sent to you ? I went to withdraw it the other day (typical) and said that I needed to enter my bank details, but if glitches like this are happening I'm not sure I want to....

same here - no money in my account and the account has no record of the surveys I have completed either. I've emailed them too. It must be a technical hitch.0

Maybe they are saying goodbye.
The word ciao (pronounced somewhat like chow, and occasionally misspelled as such) is an informal verbal salutation or greeting, meaning "goodbye"
