Yup, £20-odd gone here too. Ok, so I got a freebie lippy to try last month, and very good it was too, but I'll still be v brassed off if I've lost my cash.

i bene logging on as well, and now its all gone, i been saving for years to get that amount that's just plain unfair, not a warning or nothing that about to lose it!

Mine has gone too Fortunately it was only £4.50, but I'm hoping it will make a reappearance.

I've experienced quite a few glitches with Ciao, and I've also heard stories of members accounts being deleted and being banned without being told why. Consequently I always take my money as soon as I have £5. I've also noticed that they do a payout once a month so it's best to claim at the end of the month and it will hit your bank account about 3-4 weeks later. If you claim at the beginning of the month, it will be 7-8 weeks before you receive your dosh.

yep mine too.............taken 3 months to get 11 pounds keep sending me surveys only to find out 10 mins in they have enough with that profile (odd that as they asked load of info gatherings stuff first) lets hope its a cliche.

It's strange there been nothing mentioned on the site and it's also strange the emails haven't been replied to. surely if it was a technical glitch, they would have said something. instead they are ignoring all the emails, which is making me think they have just upped and gone!

I will be so upset if I don't get it back, it was a lot of cash to me.
