Just checked my account and it is also at zero. Thanks for the heads up, I have e-mailed Ciao

To add insult to injury they have just sent me a survey!

    Hi,

After reading your post I checked my account, and I'm speechless: £0.00 balance (instead of around £20)! I've read their 'top 10 FAQs', and noticed that they reserve the right to take your money if you don't log into your account, or answer surveys for 6 months or more. This is definitely not my case - I'm currently trialling a product from them, and my profiles were updated in July.

I used to be a member of Ciao but I got fed up of all the !!!!!ing that can go on. I'm surprised that they reserve the right to take back the money that you've earned as the site is there for the members to make money. But that's another reason now that I don't like Ciao.
  • Hi and thanks to all who have responded so quickly!

Although im sorry some of you are in the same boat, im glad im not alone! I'm hoping that as so many seem to be affected by this maybe its jst a technical problem. I read the terms and conditions re logging in and taking surveys regularly etc but I have only been a member since May and managed to clock up around £15.00 so thats not exactly ignoring the site is it?!!! Maybe later i will try one of the other email addresses and see if that brings any joy! Please let me know if anyone manages to find their money and if so how! Thanks

Caio dont touch them with a bargepole.
I had £80 with them and withdrew it about 4 months ago, or should i say I tried to withdraw it, They came back with a story that I multiplule accounts, which I HAD NOT. Even rang them and got the same automated answer. I have put this down to experience and thank god I only lost time.

Thanks for the "heads up". Just checked my account and I've got a MINUS £20.22 balance.

So I owe Ciao £20.22 . I think not!!!!

I was so p*ssed of with chasing them for an £8.30 survey I did for them in March I tried to clear my account a couple of weeks ago.

No money received (obviously:cool: ) and now a deficit of over £20. What a bunch of (expletive deleted:mad: )

My account is showing £0.00 too. But i actually requested my money about 2 months ago and still haven't had any money from them so i have emailed them. I'd completely forgotten about it till i read this thread so i have thanked you. Good Luck. I have emailed then so lets see what reply we get back. Carrie.

  • Mine is missing also. It is obviously seems to effect everyone, so we will have to wait and see. I have e-mailed them (along with millions of others I am sure). I am not going to jump up and down until I know the money is gone. It is a shame no one can put a message up on the site so that we know that it is in hand.
