  • another stupid question from me, had a look and can't find the answer yet but 131 pages is going to take a long time to look through. On the LBA where it say's
    This is based on the Unfair Terms in Consumer Contracts Regulations, as I believe these default charges are unfair and not proportionate to your costs, and therefore the [INSERT NAME OF COURT] court will rule in my favour.

    I presume I put in my local court (Bristol in my case) is this correct? sorry to ask a really simple question I just want to get this 100% right first time. :beer:

    No you can't because there are many business charges such as annual fees/cash deposits etc that you can't claim on a business account.

    I would like to request a fully comprehensive list of all the default charges for direct debit, unauthorised overdrafts and standing orders I have paid over the last six years for the accounts I held with you over this time.

    as there is no overdraft, its late payment fees??

    change the wording to claiming late payment fees and/or over limit fees.

    Hi there is a E like shape on the toolbar in excel, its an autosum button.. click on the box you want the total to go into, click the autosum button, the column should then be highlighted, click enter and it will automatically fill your total...
  • Does anyone have the address to write to to reclaim from the Royal Bank of Scotland, (they've just charged me £39 for a returned Direct Debit with a credit card company that I've never set up!!!!). I called the telephone banking and they said to refer to my branch!! I've got the letter ready to go....
