They then sent me some more cheque books and a letter saying that they have reveiwed my over draft and it is ok and will be reveiwed again in another year. One week later they have sent me a letter stating that as I dont agree with the way they are running my account they are closing my account and if there is any out standing money which I owe them then they are going to report me and this could give me bad credit score, I already have a bad credit score because of them cancelling DD and SO. I have sent a letter back stating that I originally was with the Giro Bank over 25yrs ago and I didn't have a choice as they just took over and have asked them to send me a copy of the agreement which I was suppose to have signed which I did not. Thanks Martin and all those who have highlighted this in the media.
After many months of thinking about it I deceided to check my statements, from 2000 until 2004 I had a retail business that had hard times, in the end everything was paid of by me and the company is now a successful online company! On 1 day Natwest charged my company £330 in returned fees when the wages cheques were returned. On top of this they stung me with 3x £25 card misuse fees! If they were unhappy they should have closed the account and that would have forced me to close (This was the right thing to do) but no, guess what, the banks kept increasing the O/D facility and issueng more cheque books, each time telling me that they would look after me (charging me tens of thousands in charges, knowing full well that the business was sucking the life blood out of me)
Well now it's turnaround time!:rotfl: All the details and amounts are below, I know and understand the courts well, they have got one hell of a fight coming with me!
