I've recently attempted to post some negative feedback on the E2Save forum only to find out that there are restrictions on what will actually be posted.
You can of course post any negative or indeed positive comments on this and other forums ...............................................

Hi,
I have read loads of the e2save thread's posts and I just can't make head or tail of what's right. So I really apologise for asking something which has an existing answer somewhere but...........
I bought/ordered an O2 mobile from e2save 23rd March.
12 month contract. "Cashback at months 6,8,10,12"
1st Bill came 4th APRIL - numbered bill 1.
Leaflet that came says:
Write month of purchase on their table (MARCH).
So I should send in bill for AUGUST (if I fill in the boxes).
I have received bill 5, bill date 4th AUGUST.
So
Am I sending in Bill 5, bill date 4th August?
Or
Bill 6, that will arrive on 4th SEPTEMBER?
These things are such a pig.

E2 Save are a bit funny (in more ways than one!).
They work on the basis that you will get a bill immediately you receive the phone. In your case March is month 1 (yes, you didn't actually get a bill in March, but that doesn't matter for the purposes of cashback). By continuing the sequence your August bill is bill 6 and you should send this.
Good luck0 -

OK, thanks.
I hope you're right because if it shud have been the 5th one I will have missed the boat by the time I find this out.
I could send the 5th now as well I know but we are sending them Special Delivery I believe and I'm skint.Girls are gonna love the way I toss my hair. Boys are gonna hate the way I seem.

I'm thinking of getting a phone from http://www.e2save.com, Now, I have never gone down the route of a cashback phone before - has anyone got any advice or suggestions, or have used the above website? Is it easy to claim cashback? Thanks in advanceSL xxx0

Hi, mixed feeling about E2save. see my earlier thread for my thoughts.

I personally think they are a bunch of cowboys, but their deals are so good that I got myself one of their cashbacki deals, and so far they have paid me 2 cheques no problem. The final claim is next month, so fingers crossed.
Just sorted a new contract phone for my fiancee with them; if cash back works OK then it will cost nothing at all over 12 months.
And remember that you can earn £36.50 for going through the quidco website to e2save.:jKarma is a wonderful thing.0 -

Used them over the last yr on a 11 months free deal, no peicematch terms but everything did go smoothly, couple of weeks ago I wrote to cancel and been given 750 offpeak minutes, free for 12 months! £300 already deposited into my account.
just make sure you set up reminders everywhere u can think of... phone calender, kitchen calender, pc reminders etc....SLC: £13000+
Quidco: £131.24 (paid) + £0 (validated) = £131.24
Valued Opinions: £75 (paid) + £52.30 (received) + £4.50 (pending) = £131.80
StudentPanel: £250
