e2save are my favourite (at the moment) by far. As thommy states they pay very quickly - long may it continue.

From the looks of the most recent posts, e2save have really turned themselves around. Maybe I could start to consider them now?0

I think it's more a case of Ofcom having turned them round (they got involved after a LOT of complaints and changed the operating rules for cashbacks). But the effect is the same.0 -
First bill to send back- Dec 10. They say have received ok and claim to have sent out two cheques.. neither of which I have received (or have been cashed by parties unknown).
As it is now nearly 3 months post payment date the stated they would refund me via my credit card. Which they have now so far failed to do (5 days).
Here's hoping they haven't gone back to the bad old days!0 -
Why hope? You should have sent a LBA three months ago and then you'd have got paid at least two months back. Why wait to see if the "bad old days" are back - they deserve no benefit of doubt given their past behaviour!0

My other half has just upgraded through e2save but the contract they set her up on is all wrong. Shes been given the runaround trying to sort it out over the phone, would she get anywhere if she went in to carphone warehouse and spoke to someone in person?0

Sometimes they'll help, but usually they won't. One tactic which sometimes works is to make a bit of a scene, slagging off Carphone Warehouse, and if they think it might cost them sales they'll help - just to get you out of the shop!0 -

I'm due an upgrade, so maybe I could dangle that in front of them at the same time?0
