No wonder you get confused! You mean 2008. At that time you would have only 30 days, but they now allow 60 despite the t&c at the time. However, I wouldn't count on that. I suggest you print this off and keep it safe (dating it) before/in case it disappears as things on their site have a strange habit of doing when it helps them deny claims:-

Further, I suspect it's your january bill which needs to be sent - but that all depends on the relevant dates and t7c at the time. If I was looking after your contract I wouldn't get into such a confused situation!0 -

I received a call from e2save promising a cheque in the post, no cheque ever arrived. I have not had a reply from an email I sent to check the progress. If you can contact me again that would be very much appreciated! Thanks!0 -
I send them a LBA everytime they miss which always is followed by a load of old bull saying that they need me to contact them to check my detail. I never ring but they always send the cheque straight afterwards.(they have a right problem with their cheque printing machine!!!
By the way, i have forgotten how i usually end with them. I have cancelled my contract as it is the end of the 12 months now with 02 do i have to cancel with e2save too and do i need to give them notice??0 -

Just send the letter below and they will sort it for you. They always bluff like this. Just go straight in with a LBA sent by recorded delivery.I would not bother emailing them or ringing them, it is all a waste of time. This is what I sent. I received their reply on the date I specified saying the auto cashback would be with me within 21 days so I submitted a MCOL
On xxx I purchased a xxxxx Mobile Phone on an xxxx contract. The offer I signed up to was a £xx per month contract with £xxx Cashback by redemption.
The unique order reference number is: xxxxx
My phone number is: xxxxxx
You have not paid the automatic £xxx within 2 months of the start of the contract as agreed. This is a fundamental breach of the contract and I now require payment of £xxx (being the full amount outstanding from the original contract) to be received by me on or before xxxx.
If I have not received the full outstanding amount by xxxx I will take action to get paid via the county court.0 -
How nice. E2Save rearing their **** again playing lip instead of customer service! Would take an awful lot of genuine change of hear for a reasonable period before I would ever trust them again, after about 20 months of slime!0
