Whatever you do people DO NOT give up. Thats exactly what they want. Be persistent and you will get your money.
Anyone who want to take Money Claim On Line action against any CPW Company including E2Save should state their head office - 1 Portal Way London - I am in public Library at the moment so dont have full details to hand.I am NOT a mortgage & insurance adviser - or anything to do with finance, that was put on by the new system I dont know why?!0 -
Given that ripoff merchants, such as cpw in all its guises, rely on a certain percentage of cashback claims being denied, it is not beyond the realms of possibility that they will make sure targets are met by purposely sabotaging a certain amount of contracts. The revenue then generated by the calls to their "customer service" depts and eventual capitulation of wronged punters will ensure Dunstone gets a new yacht at Christmas.
I'm still waiting for my first "automatic" cashback after 14 phone calls, failed call backs, systems being down and being hung up on.“I look like Spiderman at a funeral”~ Karl Pilkington0 -

Deklan dont mess about calling them. Send a letter to:

Entitle letter:
14 DAYS BEFORE ACTION
Dear Mr Dunstone I took out a contract with your company on ...... My automatic cash of £.. was due on ..... Despite calling your Company 14 times I still have not had my money.
If I do not receive this money with 14 days of the date of this letter I will take legal action.
yours
........
This should do the trick.
Keep copies of all correspondence and if necessary take out a legal action via money claim on line. It is very straight forward. It costs £30 but they have to pay you this when they pay you the money.
I have done this 6 times and has always worked. Once I even managed to get a County Court Judgement against them which they were very unhappy about!I am NOT a mortgage & insurance adviser - or anything to do with finance, that was put on by the new system I dont know why?!0 -
They rely on about one third not getting the cashback thats where they make their money. However determined money saving experts like us will not give up - you will get your money - you just have to be persistent and let them know that you will not just go away!I am NOT a mortgage & insurance adviser - or anything to do with finance, that was put on by the new system I dont know why?!0

I took out a contract in FEB 2006 and have sent in my last cash back claim in jan 2007 along with a letter saying i had not recieved my AUTOMATIC CHEQUEBACK which was due in march 2006.
Now they say they have never recieved my cashnback claim although royal mail sasy it was delivered the following day.
Called e2save and they say i have to write to royal mail who will issue a letter confirming the delivery for a charge of £ 2.20. This then has to be posted to them.0 -
I have written an emial to Mr Dunstone as follows. Waiting for a response
Hi Mr Dunstone – I have been a loyal customer of CPW group having my landline and internet with Talk Talk, my mobile phone contracts with e2save, onestopphoneshop and phonebox. I believe you do provide good value for money services. However your customer services in all your companies is dismally poor and annoying.
I have had a contact with e2save (customer number XXXXXXX) when I took a Motorola v3 phone in Feb 2006. I was due to get a automatic chequeback in March 2006 for £30 which after several calls till date has not been raised. Now they also say that they have not received my last cashback ( £ 81.67) which I posted in Jan 2007. Royal mail tells me that it was delivered the following day. Now e2save says that I have to provide proof by asking royal mail (who will charge me £2.20 by cheque) to send me a letter confirming this and then I have to post it to them. Can’t understand why e2save can’t ring royal mail and use the ref no (XXXXXXXXXXXXXX) to see if I am telling the truth. Also how can I receive a text from e2save confirming that they have received my chequeback and then deny it. I have actually spent more than £30 for these issues.
I also have a contract with onestopphoneshop (customer no xxxxxxx) which I took out June 2006 and again they have not bothered sending me my automatic chequeback which was due by Sept 2006 for £26. Again I have had to make several calls and write letters which only appeared to have been binned with no action.
There seems to be a lot of obvious flaws in how your companies function which seem to be overlooked. I hope this feedback from me will be useful in improving your services in future. I have also posted this in the moneysavingexpert website ‘e2save problems’ forum and hope to hear a response.
Please also note that I will have to proceed through small claims court if my issues are not resolved in a realistic time scale of 30 days.
A VERY FRUSTRATED CUSTOMER.
Thank you.0 -

So as it stands i have now received a total of £280 from them and presently in the 11 month of a £20 a month contract.
And another £80 turned up today :jWHOOOOSHHHHHHHHH……..
Blimey what was that ?
That was your life mate
Oh I wasn’t quite ready can I have another go ?
Sorry mate only one per person.0 -
this company is bugging me a lot
i bought my K800i from them in July 06 and have not had A SINGLE cashback cheque yet.
They owe me about 3 including the first 1 within a month and have followed their T&C's perfectly so should not have any trouble
i took out a 12month contract with them so ends soon and i have ended up paying the full prices for them all.
I am normally a preety patient person but this is just taking the ****
gunna phone them up 3 times a day for the next week to see how they like me bugging them and will start claiming with the small claims court
if they dont respond will just get a full refund
wish me luckMSE is cool

I have just received by first cheque from E2Save.
Nearly four months late and four phone calls. I needed proof of posting despite them sending a text to say received. It may have been like they said, their admin had been put out by a reorganisation in late 2006.
So for all you out there doubting E2save....still doubt, keep up pressure and you should get a cheque.0 -
How do you cancel your contract with them I know I have to do it by the end of this month, but how do I do it? Im fed up and will never mess about with a contract like this again. Can anyone help me?0
