erm pardon? i live in sweden so i think its quite clear that im not the owner of that webpage. just thought it would be a good comment to the topic, (e2save) which is a similar service online. anyways, i think its a great page. try it and may-b after that tell me what you think :P0 -
Hi guys
I was interested in a contract but they asked me to call them. They want me to pay 02 a refundable security deposit of £100 which I get back after 6 months. Is this normal?0 -
For info.
I got caught out by the e2save 'you sent the wrong bill' clause.
I emailed the CEO via the CPW 'contact us' web page about 2 weeks ago. Got a txt msg the next day saying sorry and we'll send a cheque.
Cheque arrived today - but from CPW not from e2save.
So I'm pretty happy as it saved all the hassle of small claims etc..
Also for info.
I got a clearance D600 from e2save. It arrived as just a phone, charger and manual on a blister pack (sheet of cardboard)
I've also got some clearance D600s from OSPS and these arrived boxed with all the leads etc..
I know it's a small sample but the two companies seem to operate differently even though they're both part of the CPW empire.0 -
well what do you know.
Cashback cheque dropped through the letterbox today - today being the 14th day since I threatened small claims court within 14 days !
I start the whole painful process again in a couple of weeks for the third and final claims on two contracts - oh joy.0 -
Sybarite wrote:Good for you. My contract has now ended with this company and I will never use them again. If your cashback is straightforward then you're fine, if there is ever a problem (mine was that they hadn't supplied my correct address to the service provider) you meet a brick wall.
I have never received a reply to my 2x complaints (sent recorded delivery) which is shameful. MY experience with CPW has, however been good, I simply don't understand why they continue to operate both E2Save and OSPS under the umbrella of CPW?
Hi i'm very new to this, but after reading most of your postings, I just wanted to ask if anyone else had noticed that if you put your order number and e-mail into e2save, solidmobiles, my cool phone, find a phone and online mobiledeals your order comes up!!? I made the mistake of ordering a phone off of e2save yesterday and was a bit intreaged that all these web sites had the same lay out. guess they are all owned by CPW. hope I have a better experiance with this company than a lot of people seem to have.0 -
Well, got my cashback in January, despite the 'wrong month' rejection letter and after court action threats.
Now I've got my 8th bill due again this month so, seeing as they paid the 4th bill based on my interpretation of the month delivered and not their interpretation of month ordered, then all should be finw.
Will not use them ever again. Next time, I'll go for one of those schemes where they give you a free XBOX360 or similar within 28 days and I'll just take to gamestation, cex or cash converters and get the cash value for it straight away - no more dealing with the muppets.Anger ruins joy, it steals the goodness of my mind. Forces me to say terrible things. Overcoming anger brings peace of mind, a mind without regret. If I overcome anger, I will be delightful and loved by everyone.0 -

Was thinking the same myself to be honest, take the goods and run, to e bay etc.0 -
i was wondering if you guys could help me i phoned up and ordered a phone over phone from e2save and i told the guy that i can get £16 from rpoints he said dont worry i can give you a£20 referal bonus thingy free.
So i figured why not, anyway after waiting the usual 45 days and not reciveing anything i phoned up.
left my details etc and was told they were going to check the recordings ! and that i would receive a call back on thursday naturally by monday afternoon i hadnt received anything, so called up and spoke to another person who said she would try again using my work number as its possible it could have come from either numbers.
i was just wondering what my options were about small claims court etc thank you0 -
Got to give credit where due. I have just finished a 12 month contract with these guys and have had no problems. Submitted my cashback claims by Royal Mail recorded delivery and have received four cheques over the 12 months for the agreed values.0
