If you work for them does this mean that you'll get booted off the forum as the last MSE poster did?
My contract is up with E2Save next month & after they refused to answer my complaint letters I'll not be renewing.
Even the staff at CPW don't say nice things about the outfit & the problems it's caused them when you start a friendly chat.
I feel for you working there - the complaints must be horrendous. If the MD is a tur* not much you can do except field calls from seriously annoyed people all day long.I do hope you're telling the truth?0 -
most of the problems come from the post, loads of post comes every day and ONE person has to sit and scan the mobile numbers off all the phone bills.
More post arrives than can be processed by a single person, don't know what happens to the post that doesn't get processed, I'll find out and post.
As for being kicked off, may be I will, may be I won't, the last person I know posting here from e2save told lots of lies so I think Carphones Legal department got involved.0 -

My son's contract was up last month (I pay his contract ) and we have been thinking through our options. Went to the carphone warehouse shop yesterday, staff there being very impolite about CPW and e2save online and tried to sell us several different contracts. In the end I couldn't do it, I just couldn't trust that organisation as I'm still waiting for the cheque promised to me on my own contract to end that dispute. Came home, called Orange direct and got an absolutely wondrful deal from them, I couldn't have asked for better.
Whilst I know staff will tell you anything to get a sale Orange told me they are picking up quite a bit of extra business this year from people going for direct, non cashback contracts, rather than trust the cashback cowboys as so many have had problems this year. As I say they might just be telling me what I want to hear.
I've got two other family members still on cashback deals, one with CPW online and one with e2save and once they are up I think I'll steer well clear.
The hassle I'm going through just to get money owed to me is unbelievable, what with special delivery costs, constant phone calls and time spent waiting for someone to talk to me..I reckon my cheap cashback deals have actually worked out mega expensive.

Indeed, looking at the 'your offer explained' sheet, the box for 'Your cheque back offer information' is blank. In other words they have actually sold us something different to what we bought  .
.
Has anybody else had this experience? The most infuriating thing is that they sent out the cashback vouchers with the welcome pack so that on the surface of things everything seemed fine.
Very misleading.
Would welcome any advice or places/ people to turn to...

Always make sure you print out a copy of the actual online offer the time of purchase. My OSPS experience has taught me this, even then they referred to the T&C's that the 'contract & phone you receive will depend on the time at which your order is processed', ie in other words we can make it up as we go along.I do hope you're telling the truth?0

They really don't think the customer matters after the sale has been made, I know, I work for them.0 -
well i threatened small claims in december or so I thought. Good old royal mail failed to deliver (or more accurately failed to record delivery) so I sent another letter yesterday special del.
Text today 'promising' cheque within 14 days (although I had one months ago that they denied having any knowledge of). I'll believe it when it actually turns up. Wonder if this is all an cunning plot to boost profits for cpw & royal mail simultaneously.
The entire highlight of dealing with this shambles was the 'helpdesks' explanation that looking at more than 2 pieces of paper in an envelope would contravene the data protection act - priceless.0 -
I recently bought a contract on T-Mobile Nokia N70 from e2save and the handset was faulty. I called CS and they said they there was no more stock at current and I should return the faulty handset back to them and wait until they get the stock. Its been over a month and they haven't had any stock on N70. Please advice on what I could do. I have an unopened sim card and no handset .
Any help is much appreciated.
Thankx0
