Woohoo, you are all brilliant!! I had the huff cos I am still paying £17.99 for Silver Broadband, so I contacted them via live help and got mine reduced to £9.99....fantastic stuff!
I had to start another 12 months with them but hey ho! Also was offered the router free with the £14.99 p/mth pkge or for £25 with the £9.99 p/mth pkge. Was told that it definitely does not come free for the cheaper mthly rate!...I did ask though!! : )0 -

Well I applied last Thursday, though it was a migration. It took 2 calls as the first would not do it at £9.99.
Saying that I may need to call them as I did not get any confirmation of the deal via email even though I asked about 6 times and he said he would immediately. I have also had nothing through the post so I have no idea if it is going through or at what deal if it is in progress.

go for £14.99 plus free router then once you get it and have used it a day phone them and say you want it for £9.99 like others are getting it or you'll leave.Beancounter wrote:Is the £9.99 deal still available to new subscribers?

Do you get the month to month contract with the router? I thought that you were tied in for a year with this option?0
