Hi, I sent off my claim 3rd April, had e-mail acknowledgement 23rd April confirming paperwork within 28 days, sent off chasing e-mail on Monday & received this reply yesterday.
"I can see everything was received fine. Based on the date of receipt
your cheque will be dispatched within next 7 TO 10 DAYS . We apologise
for the delays we are encountering at the moment, however we are
endeavouring to get payments out sooner if possible.
Please continue to submit your claims as normal."
I am not too worried as all previous claims paid without problems.0 -

Im nearing the end of my 1st years contract with 3. So far CNM have been slow. But they've paid.
My questions is. Has anyone terminated their phone contract after the 12th (or final) bill and received their cash back ok. As long as i've got the final bill and filled the terms i'm not aware of any problems. I dont need to stay with them until they pay the final check do i?
I'm worried I'll cancel my contract and CNM wont cough up.Nice to save.0 -
They have to as long as you've completed the full t&c! You should get a final bill which is dated after 260 days whenever you took the contract out. I now have a contract with them and their sister site and am looking for more. I've worked out all the dates, bills etc AND when the final bill will arrive. I'm more concerned about the postal strike that's looming than my final cashback claim! If all goes well to the stage you're at and you continue to send the final claim in as per the t&c what's to worry about?0

Could someone just check i've done this right? Just slightly stressed at the moment as I have exams! I'm sending off for my second installment. Haven't had the first paid yet, just an email saying I should get it in 28 days or something!
Phone dispatched email: 29/12/06
Phone received (connection date?): 30/12/06
First bill dated: 02/01/07
120 days: 28/04/07 (5th bill - May sent)
180 days: 27/06/07 7th bill - July?
So i'm guessing I should send off my bill dated 02/07/07? (7th bill)

its your network (3) that you contact regarding cancellation and NOT CoolNewMobile, so CNM shouldn't even be aware of the fact....

I will be sending off my first claim (recorded delivery) with my bill dated 9 Jun 07. Can anyone confirm this is correct?
. I have been sending my 5th bills in the past, but I'm not sure on this one?
I have rec'd the following bills so far:
>(1) 27 Feb – 31 Mar dated 9 Mar 07 (33 days)
>(2) 1 Apr – 30 Apr dated 9 Apr 07 (30 days)
>(3) 1 May – 31 May dated 9 May 07 (31 days)
>(4) 1 Jun – 30 Jun dated 9 Jun 07 (30 days)0 -
It's the first bill dated 120 days after your connection date - if the connection date was just before 27th February the 9th June bill would be within 120 days so you need to count!0
