Lots of new posts by poeple who haven't posted a lot before recommending these guys - just like what happened when pewople got very rude about phones 2 u direct...

Also just got my first cheque from CNM. Took pretty much a calendar month from when they sent me an email confirming receipt. I was starting to wonder whether it was ever going to arrive.....0

I think my first post was in this thread. I'd been lurking for ages. I was just amazed that it actually worked and I felt the need to share.
I don't think I've actually recommended anyone. If anything I just wanted to reassure people who had already signed up.
I'm basically taking the attitude I believe it when I see it and so far so good.0 -

I have now received my full £360 cashback (5 X £72) with no problems at all. Must say though, used special delivery for each one but that may have been an over-cautious approach.

Felt it was important to shair my experiance as I go along, because I hate getting ripped off as much as the next person.
At the moment it seems to be working but I will let you all know if things go wrong. I am certainly not advising anyone to rush out and get phones through cool new mobile. I can honestly say that When I am supposed to send of my claim and have to wait for the cheque it puts me on edge, as I am unsure if the cheque will turn up.
I am sure michaels has every reason to be cautious, but I have to start posting some where and here seemed like a good place.0 -

Hi Just to let you all know Cool New Mobile are snowed under in cashback claims at the moment so you may experiance a delay in receiving your cashback cheque.
I have just got mine it has taken a month to come, from the time I got the email saying they were processing my claim to the moment I had it in my Hand.
Must admit to going in to panic mode when it didnt come after 2 wks. I did ring them just to make sure everything was ok. They were very good and checked on the system to see how far the claim had gone and reasuring me that I would get my money.
Oh well will be going through the whole thing again in 2 wks as it is going to be time to send of the next bill.
