I'm assuming it's safe to deal with these guys? I'm after a new contract with cashback.
A month isn't bad, unlike BuyMobilePhones which takes 3 months!0 -

I just sent out my first claim with CNM 2 days ago, included claim form, original bill etc, but didnt include a covering letter, is that ok? If required I can send again but hopefully they won't decline it:beer:  :beer:0

just to let you know
i have received my final (5th) cash back from them, no problem.
took a risk to send all my 5 claims normal first class post (not recorded), got e-mails to confirm they received the claims and ready to process.
good luck for those who are still waiting0 -
I really would not recommend anyone does not use recorded delivery - which costs less than £1 (second class). After all, you're not just taking a gamble with the reliability of the post (pretty reliable and therefore perhaps worth the risk), you are also taking a gamble with the honesty of the cashback company. If things get tight financially they can simply claim they didn't receive your bill, and there will be nothing you can do about it. For CNM this could be very serious, because one missed claim means all subsequent ones are rejected. You should therefore consider that your first claim is worth the entire cashback value, which could be £350. I wouldn't send that bill in the ordinary post!Time is an illusion - lunch time doubly so.0
