  • Thanks for confirming that dates i calculated are correct.ANother thing is that my bill date is 21st december as i noticed on t-mobile website and coolnew mobile invoice says 18th december.So do i have to send the bill after 21st or after 18th of respective cashback months.

    Dear eagleye,
    Your date of purchase is 18/12 but your first bill be released on 21st Dec as you said earlier. So you will receive bills dated 21st of every month

    It means your proof for being connected for 120 days would be the bill dated 21/4/07 ... and same would be true for all future bills
    I wanted to thankyou a million times but its a shame that I can press the button just once :T
  • Hi, I am just about to submit my first cashback claim to coolnewmobile and after reading this thread just thought I would ask if anyone who has 'recently' successfully submitted a claim could let me know; which address they sent it to, whether they sent it recorded delivery and how long I should expect to wait for a response and a refund ?

    All help greatfully received.

    My first claim was paid out in approx 15 days, my second one was sent to them beginning December, I had an e-mail dated 13th December to say that they had received my claim & to allow 28 days for it to be processed.
    I always send any claim by Recorded Delivery.
    Also, check your paperwork carefully, unlike other cashback offers, with CNM, you have to send your ORIGINAL bills. Just check before sending any claim off. Good Luck!

    I have, awaiting my 2nd cashback claim. Very strict rules on when to send in claim, but then all cashback claims have T&C to adhere to.

    Sadly, I have never received my £35 Quidco,
  • I had no problems with my 1st cash back, but have heard nothing from my second. I sent it recorded delivery and it was signed for on the 11th december, but no email has been forth coming and no cheque. I fear it maybe an up hill struggle to get the payment now. At least i can prove i sent it and they recieved it. It's such a shame cos i've been recommending it to everyone but i've stopped them all from putting their orders in until i get a reply.

    I ordered a SE K610i the day before yesterday and it arrived today, wonderful stuff :)

    The thing is, what exactly am I supposed to have received? I got the SIM card, dispatch note and phone set. Will I not get a copy of terms and conditions and confirmation of my contract with 3 sent to me as well?

    I also want to port my number out but on the claim for, CNM ask for the first bill that has the number they originally supplied you with, but if i port my number now, i won't get that bill will i? So my question is, do i need to wait for a month until i get my first bill to port my number?

    Am I right in saying, I don't need to do anything now until my 4th bill arrives?

    So confused! This is the first time i've been on a contract, so I just want to make sure I get everything right! I'd appreciate it if anyone had any words of wisdom and a bit of clarification here! Thanks.. :) xx

    Ok, well after reading through the thread, I gave my PAC code anyway and since my 1st bill should be on the 2nd Jan and I don't get transferred until the 8th, it should show my original number on the first bill I presume?

    Can someone clarify the correct or best contact details for CNM?
