Today I received an email confirmation of receipt of my first cashback claim, which I sent before Christmas, but the delay is understandable. I sent it to the address on the cashback form, not surprisingly.Time is an illusion - lunch time doubly so.0

I sent it recorded delivery and it was signed for on the 11th december, but no email has been forth coming and no cheque. I fear it maybe an up hill struggle to get the payment now. At least i can prove i sent it and they recieved it. It's such a shame cos i've been recommending it to everyone but i've stopped them all from putting their orders in until i get a reply.
Phoned the claim bods on tel:08700 422172 and they were really lovely and confirmed that my claim had all been recieved and was being processed..Hurrah!0 -
01270412260 - This number seems to be the main switchboard and can put you through to someone, it's often busy but if you keep trying they can help
01270 412425 - This is Sales, and they said there isn't a non 0870 number for the cashback claims dept
01270412304 - I don't think this one worked
01270412345 - This is Customer Care, but they don't deal with cashback claims, and they said there isn't a non 0870 number for cashback claims dept but they can put you through to automated options - choose 3 for cashback (though I couldn't get through so that means I have to go through it again!)0 -
I am just claiming my first cashback payment and there seems to be a bit of a contradiction re ported numbers. They say they want the original bills but then in the T&C's state:
"Porting (keeping your old number)
When making the first instalment claim at 120 days, with a PORTED number, we need in addition to the standard requirements above, a copy of the first bill showing the original number we supplied to you."
I dont know to send the original or a copy of the first bill now. Has anyone else claimed sucessfully with a ported number? Was it with a copy or the original?0 -
Can't see why there'd be a problem sending the original bill, even if they only want a copy. It would be different if it was the other way round. But there's just my guess, I haven't made my first claim yet (see my thread 'Bill change - cashback claim change?')0

I have been with coolnewmobile for a few months and Ive just sent my 1st cashback claim. But I have a real dilemma as Im not 100% Ive sent the correct bill according to their terms. I was connected on 27/07, so 120 days would be 27/11, but my 4th bill was dated 23/11, which is 4 days short of being 120 days or 4 months. So instead I have sent the 5th bill dated 25/12. But the terms also state (in bold):
"Send us this form and the original bill that arrives showing you’ve been connected for 4 months. I.e. if you were connected on the 1st of January, you need to send in the bill that is dated around the 1st of May. This is 120 days (4months) after connection."
So according to that sentence I should have sent the 4th bill dated 23/11 as it is around 4 months later from connection date of 27/07.
What does everyone think? I posted the bill 2 days ago 1st class recorded and it has been received, now I will wait for an email and hope they will accept and process it!0 -

Login to your Quidco account & go to “My Earnings”….check that the £35 hasn’t shown up as sometimes it can take a few days to show up!
Look in the “Missing or Incorrect Earnings” section in the blue section at the bottom of the page….you can make a manually claim from there.

I received my Quidco cashback - I've only just discovered it, because I assumed that Quidco emailed you when something as exciting as a successful claim occurred, and I had also not filled in my bank details, so it just sat there festering.Time is an illusion - lunch time doubly so.0

Heres a simple idea, could someone who has sent off the correct bills at the right time and recieved their cashback, jot down the date they signed up for their phone and which subsequent bills they sent in at each particular cashback stage.
This would be so easy for someone to do and it would help out a lot of confused people, myself being one of them :-)Nothing happens until something moves.0
