Is there any point me chasing for this. I do not have the recorded delivery number. I have already threatened them with Small claims court as will be owed 3 lots of 72.00 oct, dec and feb and they have already said no to Oct and Dec now. Is there any point me following up with the scc as i have no proof of postage,
ThanksHi,
I have received your 2 claims received on the 10th of January. You originally connected on the 22nd of February 2006 and you claimed correctly with the 23rd of June and 23rd of August bill. You intimate from your note on the claim form that had you sent your 23d of October bill to us and your email says you chased it on the 28th of November and that you had posted it on the 1st. We have no trace of this claim, although you are now well overdue to make this claim if you can provide the Royal Mail recorded delivery reference number we will still honour the claim. I must also add though if this is not available for us to trace it with the Post Office we will not be able to authorise your claim as it is now 3 months overdue as it had to be with us by the 23rd of November. I do hope that you can find the delivery number so we can pay you.
Kind Regards

Can you tell us exactly what you are chasing, what has been refused and what has been honoured? If you don't have PoP then personally I wouldn't bother, keeping hold of the PoP is important as making the claim.0

Just looking at a coolnewmobile and it seems they have 4 brilliant 12months free phones on a 12 month contract. Anyone tried the company? How are they with cashback? Also could someone just give me a quick overview of their T&Cs please [in English lol].
Thanks,
I have seen their site on the net but never used it. Mobile shop good but dont touch PHONES2UDIRECT. THEY ARE DISASTER0 -
Thanks for replying. I have put in two claims for £72.00 for Oct and Dec. Feb still to go. I have the scanned document which I have sent them but stupidly forgot to get PoP as was moving house! I didn't think that there was much chance but thought I'd asK! Oct and Dec have both been refused.

Just to report my 1st claim went fine. This is a 12 month 5 claims jobby...
Dates if of any interest:
Connected 24th July 2006
120 days from there....21st November
1st bill after that date....12th December (ie the one before would not have shown that connection had been for 120 days)
Date claim submitted ...19th December
E-mail acknowledgment by CNM...3rd Jan
Cheque received....5th Feb (posted 2nd Feb) for £108!!
I sent a covering letter, a copy of my bill showing the connection date, the original bill dated 12th Dec and the claim form...all by registered post to this address:
Mobile Affiliates Ltd
Claims Dept
PO Box 8895

Hope this is useful for someone0 -
hi guys,
major problem with my claims (well sorta...)
thing is, for the past 2 months my bills never turned up in my postbox! now that I'm due for my claim, my current bill has failed to turn up too =(
do i have any alternatives to send to Mobile Affiliates as my cashback claim? Spoke to my network about re-issuing a duplicate bill but I was informed that these duplicates are nothing like the original - they carry the word "COPY" on every sheet and aren't itemised. tried calling CNM's claims dept once, requesting to send in an online printout but was flatly refused in seconds =(
will the staff @ a "3" (my network) shop be able to print out a bill just like the one I'd get in the post? Or is there any other way out?!
many thanks in advance!!0 -

The best thing to do would be to get a printoit from the three website of your bill on a coloured printer and nice paper. It comes out quite good and quite like your original bill and send it to them. I did it once with my claim with another company (not CNM) and it worked.
But there might be a problem in that U have already informed CNM that you dont have an original bill.
Or may be is there a chance of requesting the post-man or a visit to your post office-- I doubt whther it would be mush of a useI wanted to thankyou a million times but its a shame that I can press the button just once :T0 -
also, has everyone who sent in their claims via Recorded Delivery been able to track it via RoyalMail's website? I've got another claim which I'd sent in on 29 Jan and it's still untrackable....I thought it might be due to the PO Box address which CNM uses, but the staff over at claims dept says that they sign for all their mail?!0
