    Both me and my other half have taken out contracts with CoolNewMobile on Orange and o2. So far so good, both phones arrived quickly, Orange was connected on arrival, O2 took until the next day.

    As far as I can see, the 'catch' is to make sure you follow the T&C's for the cashback to the letter, to make sure you get your line rental money back.

    Have a search on this site for other peoples experiences.

  • Hi, ordered a phone on 29/09/06 and they said it would be here on tuesday or wednesday, if not they will let me know, well scince ordering iv not herd anything from them and the phone has not yet arrived, anyone know whats going on?

  • I think you're asking a lot of the guys here. I think it must be very difficult for anyone other than the supplier to advise you.
    If you've not heard anything, I'd recommend you call/e.mail the supplier to confirmn the despatch date/time, and that they've got your address details accurately recorded.
    If it's by post, it may arrive tomorrow.

    How quickly did you get an email back from them? I sent off the forms last week by recorded delivery so I know they've got them, but haven't heard anything yet.

  • A word of warning from me on this company. Their website is not kept up to date and therefore contains some deals for phones that have in fact expired.

    I ordered from them a week and a half ago, after a week of waiting for delivery, I e-mailed asking when I could expcet delivery and was simply told that the manufacturer and stopped supplying them with the model phone I had ordered, and asked if I would like to pick a new phone. I told them to cancel my order.

    On the plus side, they were replying to e-mails within 2 hours or so in business hours. I may still order my next phone from there.

    Hi, I was planning to order a cashback phone from Cool New Mobile today, but rain into 2 problems and wonder if anyone can help.

    1. I wanted to get the Nokia 6280 with 12 months free line rental on Three. So I selected the Nokia 6280 clearance model. The strange thing is that the site has labelled it as Not Available, yet still allows me to proceed with my order. Should I proceed?

    2. There's this step during the order process where they ask me for previous address if I have not stayed at my present place for more than 3 years. Problem here is that I am a student, so only just arrived in UK a month ago. Does this disqualify me from the offer? Or should I just tell them I have been staying for 3 years, any repercussions?
