Edit: I see from above that they don't send any forms - I will look at this PDF. Another incentive for you not to claim the cashback. I ticked the box to say no insurance, and I didn't get any insurance forms. If they start charging me for insurance I have a printout of the web application page where I ticked the "no insurance" box.
You get an order confirmation email from them and at the bottom of that they havethe link to the claim forms:
Please go to https://www.mobilemediasystems.co.uk/201cashbackclaim.pdf to download your Cashback Claim Form.
Also I said no to insurance but 2 months later I got a letter from some company about it, phoned and cancelled and then cancelled the direct debit they had set up - don't think it matters whether you tick a box or not, they'll still sign you on for insurnce.0 -
Shaanbles wrote:According to their T&C's:
Porting (keeping your old number)
when making the first instalment claim at 120 days, with a PORTed number, we need in addition to the standard requirements above, a copy of the first bill showing the original number we supplied to you.
However the first bill Orange sent me didn't have the number they supplied with me,just my original number that was ported. So what else should I send them.
Well good news, they are very responsive, I sent them an email and I got a response a few hours later giving me a number to call regarding cashback, called, and it was answered on 2nd ring. Was told there was nothing I could do if Orange hadn't listed the other number so not too worry about sending both bills.
Now as long as my claim goes through next month I'll be a happy bunny! :j0 -

Hello, this is my very first post.
I've been lurking on these boards for quite some time but I just had to register to let everyone know I've just got my first cheque from coolnewmobile :j
Like a few other people on here I had my doubts about a company I'd never heard of and have followed this thread with interest. I used the original form and sent it to the original address. That was about a 10 days ago. I got an email a couple of days later telling me it was being processed and the check arrived this morning.
Hopefully this will put some minds at rest.
I promise I'm not a troll, just a very happy bunny!0 -
Thanks for that - always reassuring! You might want to find the poll about successful cashbacks and add your vote to that. They seem to process payments promptly, unlike mobileshop who seem to be reliable but hold onto the money for 45 days after the voucher's expiry date.Time is an illusion - lunch time doubly so.0
