Thanks - I just want to be 101% sure that I am doing the right thing, so I will wait to get this link from the horse's mouth!!

If yours is the 120,180,240,300,360 day redemption.....and you get a different form to this...please let me know.

If you've had your contract for more than ten days tho....I doubt whether they will answer your query at all......I'm sure I read somewhere that you only had the said "ten days" to ask any questions.

Yes, mine is five lots so should be the same as yours. And no, I only got the phone four days ago so they'd better respond! You're right about 10 days - see the email address.

It seems as though we've been talking about this for ages(thats why i thought you were over the 10 days).......

anyway...re one of your earlier posts mentioning insurance. I didn't tick the box, but still got no insurance forms, although I had a company ring me about insurance, I couldn't talk when they rang, they were supposed to ring me back, which they didn't. I'm quite pleased they didn't, as it saves me cancelling after the 3 months.

If you use internet banking, you should be able to see whether they have set up a Direct Debit for your insurance, you may also see that your line rental is paid to Car Phone Warehouse and not O2.

My contract started 25th July, I got my first bill 8th August(dated the 6th), it was for £45.99....£15 for the part month, £30 for the next month and 99p for itemised billing. I rang and cancelled itemised billing, and also queried my "roll over" minutes which were not mentioned on my bill........I was told they didn't start until the end of the first full month......so I'll just have to wait and see about that.

I got final(13th) bill from 3 saying i had £5 credit.....although they didnt telll me how to claim it back
Thanks for the replies confirming that you get a 13th bill (after terminating your account) on other networks. :T Its just so I know when I close my current contract, which will need the 13th bill to be sent in for my final claim. Some previous posters (people in a similar position) on other threads called up customer services and asked for the credit that they owe you, by cheque.
And was the first bill you sent them showing 120 days, the 5th bill you received, then did you send 7, 9 11 and finally 13......or were your terms different to this.
Yes you are correct, the first bill that I sent them was my 5th bill, which was over my 120 days. I got this confirmed be email because when I signed up, their T&Cs stated the 4th bill, whilst also saying it must be the bill that is showing the 120 days since network connection. I have since sent in my 7th and 9th bill to show that I have been connected for 180 and 240 days respectively. :)

Like I mentioned in #103:
Different people take out different offers, so they will receive different links to download the correct form for the claim, e.g. cashback amounts of less than £200 will receive one link and for those with over £201+ will receive this link (well I did anyway) https://www.mobilemediasystems.co.uk...hbackclaim.pdf

Thanks for confirming that....that was the way I read it, but its nice to have it confirmed by someone who has gone through the procedure........

According to their T&C's:

Porting (keeping your old number)
when making the first instalment claim at 120 days, with a PORTed number, we need in addition to the standard requirements above, a copy of the first bill showing the original number we supplied to you.

However the first bill Orange sent me didn't have the number they supplied with me,just my original number that was ported. So what else should I send them.

Also got the phone 11/5, but got my first bill 20/5, so now have my 4th bill. Do I send them the 4th or 5th bill - (100 days since start) which will be dated 21/9 and more than 120 days after the contract started

It has to show that you have been connected for 120 days or more - not exactly 120 days. So the fifth bill it is.
