Has anyone completed a full 12 months of cashback claims. I am looking for a new deal at the moment and CNM's terms concern me a little.Instalment 5: - Send the claim form and original monthly bill dated 360 days (12 months) after connection.0

Also, there's a rule they have that you can't contact them for assistance after the first 10 days of your contract.
What's with the new claim forms and the old claim forms? Where did you get yours from... I didn't get any when the phone was delivered and I just downloaded a pdf, which looks like the claim form. Do they actually send you forms, 'cos I didn't get one!
Cheers

You get your first claim form, which you have to fill in when you send off your bill (as opposed to other companies where it's just the bill) in your pack when you get the phone. But n May/June, they changed the format of the form (which is avaiable from the website). The issue that has arisen is that many people have reported using the form that came with their phone for their first claim, as that claim was after the new forms came in, but coolnewmobiles did not accept it, as it was out of date. However, simply using the new form is not easy, as they have not actually said which form should be used for people in that situation, and they do not accept photocopies of your bill so if you made a mistake, you would not be able to send off for another claim.
I'm going to try it and just write to them asking for clarification on this issue. The worst that can happen is I get told I'm not eligible for help as it's past 10 days since I joined through them.
Cheers and take care.

No, they dont send you any forms, or contracts, or anything really.....The .pdf form is all you need, unless they change their mind later, and they should notify you if they do.....
Did you get any insurance documents at all?.0 -

For most i think the 12th bill (and last if you want to cancel and move onto a new 12 months free deal) will not be 360 days after joining. Does this mean I'll have to wait until my 13th bill arrives in order to claim the last part of the cashback?
Yes I think that is correct....your 13th bill should arrive after your 12 months is up (acknowledging your 12th line rental).....this will be the bill you should send in, to get your final redemption............this should still apply even if you cancel your contract after 11 months giving the 30 days notice.
I served notice of cancellation on Dialaphone/3 at the end of my 11th month and my final bill(13th) arrived a week after my contract ended.0 -
I've just received a "refurbished" 6280 on Three. No cashback vouchers, and no details of how to claim cashback - just a covering letter from Mobile Affiliates. Mobileshop was not like this at all. I am not feeling very confident about things.
Edit: I see from above that they don't send any forms - I will look at this PDF. Another incentive for you not to claim the cashback. I ticked the box to say no insurance, and I didn't get any insurance forms. If they start charging me for insurance I have a printout of the web application page where I ticked the "no insurance" box.Time is an illusion - lunch time doubly so.0 -
Patwa: I shall write to them as well, asking how to claim cashback.Time is an illusion - lunch time doubly so.0

They sent me a form via e-mail. I'll see about getting it put up on my website so if anyone else wants to download it. It's probably the same as the one on their site, but at east I have it 'officially' confirmed.
Cheers and take care.
