I don't usually make the effort to post feedback, but on this occasion i thought it important as my experience was so good.
Two old Nokia phones in the kitchen drawer, 1 week later I have a £50 cheque. Fast and efficient process with email communications to keep you informed.
I would certainly recommend this service.
Thank you.0 -
Fantastic service, I posted my old mobile yesteday afternoon (a T-Mobile HTC G1). I wrapped it in bubble wrap and used their pre-paid postage envelope (though I paid 74p for recorded delivery for peace of mind).
This morning I received an email to say it had been received and that payment would be made shortly. This afternoon I received another email with the transfer confirmed. I have just check my balance and I have been credited with £53 from Mazuma Mobile - just as they promised!
Less than 24hours after I posted the phone!
I'm well chuffed, will definitely use them again!0 -
Just tried mazuma for the first time. Received the money into my bank account the day after I posted the phone. Very pleased.
And yes I did just create this account specially to post this. No I don't work for mazuma.0 -
Would just like to add my praise for Mazuma as well. Posted my iPhone 3G on Friday lunchtime. Received several emails late morning on the Monday and the money was deposited in my account via the fast payment service a couple of hours later. Fantastic service.
My iPhone wasn't perfect. It had a few minor scratches on the front, a chip and some cracking on the back as well. It was through reading this forum that I decided on Mazuma as the most likely to give full price without any issues on sending the phone back if they offered a lower price. So I got the full price they offered which was also the best price across all the companies.
Top Service. :T:T0 -
I got £172 for an iPhone 3G as quoted about a month ago.
I made the enquiry on a Friday, received the documentation on the Monday, returned it the same day by Special Delivery.
I received an email the day after (Tuesday) saying the money would be paid into my bank account within 48 hours... Hey Presto!! 2 hours later the money was in my account!
Really impressed with the service and would recommend to others.0 -
Top top service.
£80 for a 2 year old Nokia N95 8Gb that wore the scars of daily use!
Can't fault Mazuma for speed and price.
Does exactly what it says on their tin!!

Good to see some good reviews for Mazuma Mobile.
We have a few old mobiles in the house which we want rid of, and normally I would have stuck them on Ebay, but having read of some issues with selling mobiles on there recently (Paypal holding onto payments until positive feedback given, etc) I decided to price up the offers on these sites.
The best of the phones is a Nokia N95, which Mazuma will give £70 or £77 Argos vouchers for, which is still decent, considering I bought it off ebay myself for not much more. The others aren't worth a lot, but again, better than selling on Ebay.
So, will get in touch with Mazuma, and get them sent off - it'll clear soem old phones out, and the cash/vouchers will go towards Christmas shopping.0 -
