    On Wednesday afternoon I registered with Mazuma, on Thursday the envelope arrived, on Thursday pm I sent the phone, by 10.15am Friday they emailed me confirming the phone was checked and the payment was approved and payment to my bank would be in 48hrs. It was on a Nokia n82, they quoted £90 (£4 less than the highest quote), and they have approved £90. This has been an excellent service!!! Very pleased I checked the feedback on the various companies and chose Mazuma.
  • I chose Mazuma as being the highest offer where there were no significant amounts of negative feedback. It was WELL WORTH IT!!! Full marks to them for a speedy and efficient process!!

    I have used them 3 times now, with no problems at all, very quick pay out!

  • Great service Sent my Mobile phone on wednesday got a e-mail from them on the Thursday 2 say they received it, got another e-mail about 2 hours later to say that the cash for my mobile would be in my bank before 5 pm that day . Checked my bank 1 hours after e-mail and the money had been transfered into my Bank... Great service Will use them again and again

    I posted my old phone to them on Friday 7th May, had an email to confirm they'd received it on Monday 10th May, and then the money appeared in my bank account later that day. Unbelievably quick! Cannot fault them.

    I have an iPhone 3G and was considering sending it to mazuma mobile.

    Its in fully working order, but the back is very scuffed, theres a chip in the case near the bottom and there are a couple small scratches on the screen.

    Would they decrease the amount paid for this or is it enough that it works?

    As far as I'm aware it shouldn't be a problem - these phones are sold on as refurbished models so the case would just be replaced. It probably costs them pennies to do.

    I've used them twice - first time returned 15 phones, got a cheque very quickly. No problems.

    This time I'm not so impressed. I returned 17 mobiles, got a phone call telling me one of the more expensive handsets had a power on failure, and the customer service rep tried to push me to just accept the 80% reduction in price. I declined, and asked them to return my phone. When I got it back I found that it was a different handset! Of course I couldn't prove it. The item received was covered in scratches, the battery was scored and marked, and the power button had been torn out. The item which I returned was in perfect condition.

    When I called to complain I was told in no uncertain terms that there was no route of appeal, and that there was definitely no possibilities of a mix up at their end and that it must be my fault.

    I know the phone was working as I hard reset each one personally before I returned them!

    I'm not that bothered about the phone - But I certainly wont be using their service again just because of the really poor customer service I received when their processes clearly failed !

    hi guys

    a query - our phones worked fine but have been in the drawer for a few months now and the batteries are well dead and we don't have the chargers any more.
    does this class them as not working telephones?

    I cant believe the service ive just received from this company....posted phone last night at 17.30 hours....and money has just been transfered into my bank account already!!!Less than 24 hours from start to finish.100% recommended.
  • Superb customer service!

    day 1 - agreed amount on line
    day 2 - envelope received & posted
    day 3 - money in my bank account

    at each stage emails received.

    I could have received a few extra £'s elsewhere but all the 'higher paying' sites had poor/ not as good feedback.
