Shall only use mazuma from now on. Superb service. Cash in my account two days after posting. Fairly decent price - within 10% of the top price on mobilevaluer.com. Tried using cashinmyphone first, and price quoted was drastically reduced due to the finest scratch on the screen (it took some finding!). Felt compelled to post after receiving such good service.

Dropped my Nokia 5800 off at the post office just before lunch Monday, so I had proof of postage, and the money was in my bank account before tea-time on Tuesday! Can't imagine anyone giving better service than that.

I sent off my 3G 16GB iphone to Mazuma yesterday by registered post (they initially quoted me a price of £85). I got an email this morning at 10am to say they'd received my phone and that the £85 would be in my account today. Sure enough by 2pm I had received the money.

I am very, very impressed by their service. They weren't offering the best price, but after reading the negative feedback for some of the other companies and after my sister recommending Mazuma I'm glad that I chose them. Their website it simple and very easy to use. I was also impressed that you can print your own packaging label and delivery note so you don't have to wait for theirs to turn up in the post. Brilliant. I highly recommend them. :T

Just traded in my old iphone 3GS - Mazuma weren't the best for price (only by £2-3) but they had the best reviews and with good reason.

Day 1 - Posted my phone (recorded delivery)
Day 2 (am) - Got an acknowledgement e-mail.
Day 2 (pm) - The money (£130, as quoted on this site at the time) was in my account.

In a world where customer service levels seem to have disappeared down the toilet, this was a refreshing change!

wow, ive just got the new iphone 4s and was needing to sell my old blackberry bold 9700 so was made up when i saw this comparison site. although Mazuma didnt state the highest price they did seem to have the best feedback and i couldnt agree more!

I was offered £95 for the phone (which works perfectly but is chipped, scratched, chewed and just generally very worn after 20months constant use) i sent that along with a very old blackberry only valued at £5 yesterday lunch time by special delivery (which did cost me £5.90 but is worth it incase it did get lost in the post)

I have recieved the payment from Mazuma straight into my bank account TODAY! less than 24hrs from posting, talk about quick cash, no quibble about prices. paid exactly what was stated!

Im more than happy with their service, it is super quick from requesting the sale to getting the money straight into your account! i would recommend this rather than hanging around waiting for a cheque then waiting for this to be cashed!

would do this again without a second thought, brilliant!
