These guys where great, gave me a great price for my old N95,

Sent the PP envelope and details quickly and processed my phone the day they recieved it and my cheque was sent that afternoon, You can track the progress on line so you know just where your transaction is up to,

Would be more than happy to use them again.

Were very good, sent 4 phones to them next day had email saying they had the phones and sent the cheque out and the day after got a cheque for nearly £500, well happy!

I sent of my mobile two weeks later they say they still have yet to recieve my mobile and i should of got 55 quid for it! useless too when i tried to contact them they never responded

Excellent service. Got my cheque 2 days after posting my phone. Monkeyboy, you registered on moneysavingexpert to post once about mazuma... Hmm, something tells me you're lying cause ive never had problems with them.

Does seem to be a pattern with people complaining at times, Register make complaint with few details and then never seen again,

I`v used them once as i stated and had great service, I would be happy to use them again.

Sold a phone to them, got the envelope a few days later, sent the phone then got a letter saying they will pay £32 odd as agreed on a date about 35 days ahead. The bank payment was then made 30 days later

I've used them twice - always pay the amount stated on website. On my 2nd order the cheque hadn't turned up in about a week - I called up to be told the cheque had been sent - they cancelled & reissued it and I got the new cheque in a few days

Also I sent the first phone recorded delivery, but the 2nd just went freepost & still turned up fine.

Will be using them again shortly!

Went with this company as from what i had read seemed quiet good. They didn't disappoint.

Order date - 2nd April
Approved - 3rd April
Pre paid post bag/info received - 4th April (sat morning)

I posted it all off same day at midday as was going into town anyway.

Received cheque - 8th April (cheque dated 7th April)

Fantastic turn around and got £15 for a non working nokia 6300, can't grumble at that.

I have used them three times...

They processed the cheque and sent it the day the phone arrived and I recieved it the very next day in the post.

Top class service...Can't recommend them highly enough...
