    just a point
i phoned orange and asked if there was a charge for itemised billing they said i don't get charged!
spoke to osps and they said i did get charged and i could have it removed. i got that removed also told them to remove the phone insurance @£4.99pm after month 3

some muppet from osps just called me up and said that there isn't a charge for itemised billing..do they know how the contract works..getting less impressed with customer services!!
    Nice to save.

Personally, I would check that the itemised billing has been removed (I think that Orange would be the ones removing it rather than OSPS) - if you are on OVP Vodafone Anytime then I understand that the charge is £1.50 for itemisation (but free if you don't want this).

It is only £1.50 per month, but still may be unnecessary (if you register your number on the orange website, wouldn't you be able to see your calls anyway, or is it only a copy of whatever bill you have contracted for?).
