R U sure that U have to have itemised billing on this tariff? I thought it was optional

when u talk to OSPS they say YES. When i rang orange customer service twice i got a YES and a NO. Confused? so am i. OSPS says vodaphone charge 1-50 for the paperbill and it is compulsory. OSPS will accept paper bills and not online printout. When i rang them again i was told a different story. For the sake of £18 i an not going to risk losing out £231 unless u know otherwise

The confusion is over "itemisation".

Orange will automatically provide you with an itemised bill and charge £1.50 extra each month for it.

If you can manage without an itemised bill, then you can have a non-itemised bill (i.e. a paper bill which just shows your charges without itemising every call/message etc).

If you are happy with that, then you need to contact Orange and request it.

In the past i have sent OSPS a printed itemised bill from the range web site and had NO PROBLEMS at all.

the ericson k500i has got 12 months free line rental on orange ovp 100. at osps
is this phone better than the t610?
there are other good deals on this phone on other tariffs as well

In response to the original question, the K500i has a better camera than the t610 (1280x960) but it does not have bluetooth like the t610.

Aboslutely NO.

It is tri-band, which mean it can work on GSM 900, 1800 and 1900. But not 3G (some kind of CDMA).

Anyone know if these phones can be unlocked and be used for 3G sim cards?

as i said earlier i received mine on tuesday. It was a large package for such a small phone. inside was a box that contains the phone. there was also three pages, one invoice, one cashback coupons and a covering letter.

by the way i did find the charger and h/free kit, it was in the bottom corner of the package.
