  • ONESTOPPHONESHOP have been great as far as i'm concerned i have had 6 phones off then in the past few years and 9/10 times time thy have honoure all cashback due.

the only time they refused was when i by mistake broke the terms and conditions by changing my tariff too soon. that was my fault and not theirs...

Nothing to complain about as far as they are concerned.

As for the phone being locked to Orange..YES it will be but it is easy to unblock them...

T-Mobile is a different animal - they don't include itemised billing in their tariffs, if you want it it's an optional extra.

The Orange tariff replicates the standard Voda tariff which has the £1.50 charge:

    Full details here:

ORANGE TARIFF (Note the "itemised billing charge")

How about the non-direct debit charge of £2.94? If itemised billing is mandatory and everyone has to pay £1.50 per month with no choice, does it mean that we must also pay the bills manually by cash/cheque and pay another £2.94 per month regardless, since this charge is also included under Vodafone's 'Standard' tariff just below the itemised billing charge?

I'm not saying that the situation is one way or the other but with controversial issues like this, we do need clarification from Orange as to whether a choice is available for the bill payer to have itemised billing or not, and/or the methods of payment.

Anyone knows which of the two phones is generally better?
Specially is there a difference in quality of the integrated cameras ???

Also which one would be easier/cheaper to unlock?

I input my direct debit details when I applied for the contract so I presume its available for direct debit - just means if you don't pay via direct debit they will charge u £2.94 :) Probs to cover the extra cost they pay staff to input £2.94 recieved on such and such a date :)

I would also welcome people's views on the Sony k500i vs the Siemens CX65 - which is the best phone overall in terms of features (I have looked at both online and CX65 seemed to have the best overview, but that was marketing spiel - k500i seemed to have a longer list of features)?

In addition, do you know of any companies that would price match this offer?

    Many thanks

Are you sure that both are in stock?

It would be useful if websites such as this did indicate whether phones are in stock when you order them, or at least contact you once the order it placed to let you know that "next day" is not going to happen when phones are out of stock :-/.

    Hi,
I ordered one K500i first and one Siemens later, on Sunday lunchtime and haven't received them so far. When I look into 'Track your order' it says for K500i - Awaiting delivery to warehouse and for Siemens -Awaiting connection to Mobile Network,Currently being picked. So I suspect they are out of stock for K500i but have siemens in stock.
