I don't know, but I don't really like the title - it is just like shouting straight into your eyes that something is wrong with you. It sort of kills the hope....Spring into Spring 2015 - 0.7/12lb0

Hmmm, I know what you mean ginvzt but I am just hoping all these shiny new threads might bring us all some luck!
What has everyone been up to (apart from the obvious of course)?
I have had a chilled out weekend and will be going for another blood test on Wednesday to see if I have ov'd this month. I really hope I have otherwise it will be back to doctors and back to the drawing board. My blood test that I had on CD2 was ok so I am hoping last month was just a glitch (that I didn't ov). I was pretty stressed, so hopefully now I know my job is safe I might have subconsciously relaxed a bit. I stress about everything though and this ttc is just another thing to add to the list.
Hope everyone is ok (these ttc threads go really quiet at the weekend)

I don't mind editing the title, what would you like? I wanted it to be separate from the trying for a baby thread, but TTC 12+ isn't quite right as it needs to include other times when TTC isn't exactly straightforward. I don't think we should have a different thread for each problem as the Family board is strictly a moneysaving board and non moneysaving threads should really be in the Arms or DT. The pregnancy thread and parent thread do include moneysaving tips so they are fine, and when the TTC posts were included in the pregnancy thread it wasn't an issue, but if they are to be in a separate thread then they should probably all be in one thread, to keep the moneysaving threads the main focus of this board

Just racking my brain but can't think of anything, doh! My mind has gone completely blank. Hopefully someone will have a good suggestion soon but if not I may return with an idea (possibly).......0

still trying to concieve? It is quite tricky to word it...
PS I think lots of the advice here definitely is moneysaving, as pregnancy tests, fertility tests and going private all cost lots and savings are there to be had!Am not witty enough to put something cool and informative here:o0 -

Let me know what you think
The option of merging threads could be awkward due to the fact that there are very unique issues involved with each scenario, for example for somebody who has been TTC for a long time will probably be going through various test and investigations to try and establish the reason for infertility and the various options available to them, where as somebody TTC after a miscarriage will be coping with their grief and the worry that something may 'go wrong' next time, but, fingers crossed, will get that BFP in the not to distant future.
Perhaps we could rename the thread "Needing a bl**dy miracle when TTC" lol0 -
How about this:
Trying for a baby (taking a little longer to happen/not straightforward)
(I've been reading the ttc 12+months thread with a feeling I may be joining it soon, so I hope you don't mind me making a suggestion. I was a bit put off by 'Having Problems Conceiving', thinking that it it didn't exactly have a positive spin.)

Of course you are welcome to post suggestions!!! I don't know if I will be 'brave' enough to click on the thread with the title 'Having problems conceiving'. It is very off-putting for me. I haven't started any tests yet, and I have no idea if I am having any problems, other than it just haven't happened yet.
I agree with nottslass, that trying after miscarriage would be different that struggling to conceive. I can't talk from experience on this, but I would imagine, that it is not the time since you started would matte, but that you actually lost the baby along the way and how to cope with this...Spring into Spring 2015 - 0.7/12lb0
