Ah Jiblets :grouphug: how sad for you. We all have the ups and downs and get fed up with being all consumed by TTC, sadly we can either try our hardest to carry on regardless or get our much long for BFP's to put an end to it all.

FE you and fellow IVF'ers haven't made me or any others feel that they don't belong. It's just I didn't understand alot of your procedures etc so couldn't fully understand, but from my point of view it made me feel quite humble seeing and hearing all that you were going through. How brave you all are. You all gave me the hope that miracles can and do happen and we just need to stick at it. There are so many people full of wise words on this thread and someone always the voice of reason to put things into perspective. I guess it's pretty much like the rest of life really there's always someone worse off than you and sometimes it takes seeing that to make you really appreciate what you have.

    Here's my brief history
I'm 36 and DH is 31, got married april 2007 and started trying for a family straight away, May 2007 no af so tested and got BFN. No af's for more than 12 months then leading to jan 2008 being diagnosed with a pituitary tumour. Took until May 2008 for consultant to agree with neurosurgeons I could try medication rather than surgery for the tumour so started meds then. Af showed 4 weeks later. Have had regular af's since then and had blood tests showing am ov'ing. Had another blood test to check levels in december and they had gotten too high again so doubled med doseage in January and cycles seem to indicate ov'ing earlier so still trying. Also have gained a huge amount of weight in past few years and really struggle with losing it which dr's have now said is down to the tumour so trying hard to lose weight to help TTC.

Have just been rereading the beginning of the thread, and there is a post from Nottslass, suggesting a name for the thread - she didnt know here dreams were going to come true at the time .........

Perhaps we could rename the thread "Needing a bl**dy miracle when TTC" lol

    So glad it did!!
