Lovely to hear from you Nicki - like ginvzt I love to know, but cant face the preg board to find out! I personally do not find it upsetting to hear from you, as you have been through it as well and you are our success stories which is inspiring. We didnt come up with a name for those born from this board, Ill have a trawl back at the suggestions. MAybe we could have some kind of a roll of honour or graduation - names, time trying and date due or something - that way new posters understand that you are a graduate of this thread rather than come to haunt us iykwim and can understand that you understand.

I am with lilo on the honour list - I don't find it upsetting, and love hearing from all of you. It is what gives me hope - that there are some of us, who manage to break through!!!!!

Lilo - don't worry about your head, mine is no better. I collected our cat from cattery and he was is such need for cuddles, that he didn't stop going round me all night trying to wake me up to cuddle him. He is so lovely, but I need my sleep!!!! So now, I am sat at work with my head spinning and trying to do the work.

On a different note, I am getting worried about swine flu - it will be just my luck, that I will get it any day now and the laparoscopy will be off. We got news yesterday that one person in office got it, but I wasn't too concerned, as it was my first day back. But today another girl got it as well, according to one person - had no time to check it through, and she was here yesterday, and I was chatting to her and we were complaining to each other that the cough is not going away for both of us!!!!!

I agree on the swine flu ginvzt, my immune system is still low following the surgery etc and I am starting to get quite worried. I dont want to survive cancer and die of pig flu! Dont they need to take precautions at your place of work to protect you?

    Have a good day Lilo

Well, I was planning to work from home tomorrow and Friday, but then found out that another colleague is coming in tomorrow and was going to come in. However, in the light of new info (the 2nd swine flu case), I might work from home for the rest of the week, if I haven't got it yet! I will have to come in next week, as my boss is back from holiday then...

As the Government has gone from a "containment" phase to one of "treatment", the business is going to continue as usual, which means everyone keeps working until they get it, then up to 5 days off work, which should be enough to recover. However, this doesn't fill me with confidence...

I have a pre-op appointment on Monday, so will see what I am told then. Maybe I will be lucky enough and they will sign me off work so as I would have less chance to get it?... Keep dreaming....

Keeping them crossed for you too Ginvt.

Just found out there's been 2 cases of Swine Flu in the client's building where I work. Luckily in the main building, where I don't go very often, but the maintenance guys go all over and come back into the office where I am afterwards.
The client has had the guys putting up anti-bac hand-gel dispensers all around the building, and there are loads of the 'bin it & wash your hands' posters everywhere.
I was not too worried before, but now it appears (unless it's media hype) that previously healthy people may be dying from it, and it seems that PG ladies have less immunity - coupled with the fact that I, too, still have that darned chesty cough I can't shift...well I guess that I should be maybe a little concerned?

My first time posting on this thread...

Today I'm starting to take Clomid to try and kick start my ovaries, I have PCOS and they need all the help they can get! I've been TTC for nearly 3 years and I'm really hoping this will help.

Good luck with it durhamgirl. Some people find that that they become very 'PMT' with it, so be kind to yourself if you find it is affecting you.

Keep posting, and welcome to the thread. Lilo
