The site is performing like a three legged donkey with asthma and a tumour on its lungs ... I know we have a lovely orange box at the top but what have you installed the software on ... possibly Sir Clive Sinclairs micro-drives ... I could shove the keyboard down my trousers and do one finger typing that is faster than this site is performing.

it is virtually unusable this afternoon....just taken 8 minutes for a page to load! Something is seriously wrong somewhere.0

I'm sorry that we're experiencing this slowdown, it's something we're looking very closely at it and we hope to make some improvements soon.
This is the first time we've experienced a full load on Tip day on the new servers so we're still coming to grips with the traffic levels.

Have you considered that VB has such a high work load because it is so heavily reliant on cookies that it might be the software that can't cope and not the servers?Hi, I'm a Board Guide on the Old Style and the Consumer Rights boards which means I'm a volunteer to help the boards run smoothly and can move and merge posts there. vBulletin should be able to handle this size of a board with its eyes shut, singing Stars and Stripes forever while doing Suduko. Definitely an installation problem ... however I only came back on to have a nosey and see if someone had got it fixed .. definitely running a bit better now .. maybe that donkey has got itself an inhaler.

You must be JOKING!!!!Pages are taking minutes to load today and the site is almost unusable at the moment, many many times slower than yesterday!
